Solid Waste Management Rules 2021

The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, published the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2021, as a gazette on 23 December 2021. The Government has made these rules under the powers conferred by Section 20 of the Bangladesh Environment Protection Act, 1995 (Act No. 1 of 1995).
