The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division published the Water Act, 2013 as a gazette on 29 December 2013. ln exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Bangladesh Water Act, 2013, the Government is pleased to publish this Act.
